If you prefer a less frequent service, our fortnightly cleaning is perfect. With a minimum of 3 hours per visit, we provide a thorough clean every two weeks, keeping your home fresh and tidy.

One-Off / Deep Clean

Sometimes, your home needs more than just a regular clean. Our one-off and deep cleaning services are ideal for when you need a more intensive cleaning session.

Whether it’s for a special occasion, a seasonal deep clean, or after a party, our deep cleaning service ensures every corner of your home is thoroughly cleaned. The minimum requirement for this service is 3 hours per visit, but the actual time needed to deep clean your property will depend on the size and condition of your home and your specific requirements. We’ll work closely with you to determine the appropriate amount of time needed to achieve the best results.

Weekly Cleaning

For those who want their home to always be in top condition, we offer weekly cleaning with a minimum of 2.5 hours per visit. This service covers all essential cleaning tasks to maintain your home’s cleanliness.

Regular Cleaning

Personalized Service

We believe that every home is unique, which is why we start with a free, no-obligation quote at your premises. This allows us to fully understand your needs and tailor our services to meet them. Once a regular cleaner is appointed, she will visit you on the agreed day and time each week, ensuring consistency and reliability. If your cleaner is unwell or on annual leave, we’ll notify you and arrange a replacement cleaner as close to your scheduled appointment as possible. In some cases, the replacement may need to be scheduled on a different day, but we always strive to accommodate your preferences.

Additional Services (upon request, may incur extra charges):

We understand that your cleaning needs may vary from time to time. Extra tasks, such as cleaning inside kitchen appliances or inside cupboards and drawers, can be added to your service.

Rotating Basis: These tasks can be incorporated into your cleaning routine on a rotating basis, ensuring that all areas of your home receive attention over time.

On Request: If you need these tasks done during a specific session, additional time will be required to complete them. In this case, the cleaner's compensation will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the extra time needed.

Replacing Regular Tasks: Alternatively, you may choose to replace some of the regular cleaning tasks with these additional tasks, allowing the cleaner to perform them within the standard cleaning time.

This flexible approach ensures that your home is cleaned to your exact preferences while also respecting the time and effort of our cleaners.

Cleaning Materials and Equipment:

Please note that the cost of our services does not include cleaning materials and equipment. All cleaning materials and equipment should be provided by the client. We are happy to send a detailed list of what is required prior to the start of cleaning to ensure you have everything ready for your scheduled sessions.

For one-off or deep cleaning sessions, we can provide the necessary cleaning materials and equipment for an additional cost of £25.00. This option ensures that we bring everything needed to deliver a thorough and effective clean, using high-quality products.

• Emptying waste bins and replacing liners

• Making beds and changing bed linens if provided

• Scrubbing and disinfecting kitchen surfaces and worktops

• Cleaning inside and outside of microwaves

• Vacuuming and mopping kitchen floors

• Cleaning hobs, ovens, and extractor fans (exterior only, unless specified otherwise)

• Emptying bins and replacing liners

• Wiping down kitchen tables and chairs

Bathrooms:

• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, and baths/showers

• Scrubbing tiles and grout, removing soap scum and limescale

• Polishing mirrors and glass shower screens

• Wiping down cabinets, shelves, and fixtures

• Vacuuming and mopping bathroom floors

• Replacing towels (if provided) and tidying bathroom essentials

• Emptying bins and replacing liners
