Additional Charges:
Extra Rooms/Areas: Additional fees will apply for any extra rooms or areas beyond the standard cleaning package. This includes spaces like offices, studies, utility rooms, dining rooms, extra bathrooms, conservatories, balconies, etc.
Condition Adjustment: If the property is in a neglected state or is larger than the stated size, a price increase of 10% to 20% may be applied.
Appliance Cleaning: Our cleaning service includes the cleaning of one of each type of white goods (e.g., fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave). If you have more than one of any appliance, an additional charge will be applied for each extra item.
Utilities Required: Please ensure that hot water, electricity, and lighting are available. If we are unable to clean due to the lack of these utilities, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation Fee: A £70.00 cancellation fee will apply if we cannot access the property due to incorrect keys, a broken lock, or if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Key Collection and Return: A charge of £20.00 per journey applies for key collection or return within a 3-mile radius.
Property Condition: The property must be fully vacated and free of personal items before we commence cleaning. Please note that our services do not include rubbish removal.
Congestion Charge (CC): Applicable for properties located within the London Congestion Charge Zone.
Parking Fees: Any parking charges incurred during our visit will be added to your final invoice.
